Wray Scarecrow Festival & Fair

A riot of colourful scarecrows have popped up all around Wray village.  See if you can spot them in gardens and yards and hiding in unexpected places.  This year’s theme is sci-fi.

Come along to all the planned events including the fabulous Wray Scarecrow Festival.

Saturday 27 April:
Festival starts.
10k road race.

Sunday 28 April:
Car boot.
Forest of Bowland Populaire.
Fantastical Quests.

Tuesday 30 April:
Fell Race.

Friday 3 May:
Giant scarecrow parade.
Batala samba reggae band.

Saturday/Sunday 4/5 May:
Local history walks.

Monday 6 May:
Wray Fair, including:
Samba Espirito drumming.
Have-a-go dog agility.
Great ball race.
Tinderbox creations.
Traditional games.
Live music and dilent disco. 
Croiz du Nord vikings. 
Plus many scarecrows.
