First restaurant Weezos the Gambia West Africa 1993, second restaurant La cantina The Gambia, Weezos @ the Old Toll House Clitheroe, Parkers Arms Inn Newton in Bowland.

She is self taught, and first cooked in her fathers establishment (hotel) and has come from a long line of chefs. Stosie has travelled extensively around France, Spain and Italy picking up new recipes and inspirations on the way.

Awards include Runner up Lancashire Life Casual Dining. Hi-life Gold Plate Award. 2007 Les Routiers Restaurant of the Year regional winner 2007 The North.
