Gibbon Bridge New Hot Sandwich Menu

One of the main attractions of this privately owned hotel is its fine restaurant,which overlooks magnificent award-winning gardens and some of Lancashire's finest countryside.

Open daily to non-residents, you can relax and enjoy delicious food, elegant surroundings and a warm friendly welcome.

From Monday to Friday a 2 course lunch is available @ £14.00 with 3 courses @ £18.00. During the summer a hot sandwich menu is available and served in the gardens. Sunday evening dinner is available from 6pm.

Janet Simpson and the team carefully choose dishes which use fresh local produce and vegetables from their own kitchen gardens to bring you the very best in local cuisine. Private dinner parties are a specialty but for the ultimate dining experience consider a private Al Fresco lunch or dinner, where Janet will personally cook and oversee your occasion; where you dine outside surrounded by beautiful gardens in one of three private thatched pergolas.

Tender Chicken, spring onion, lemon grass, ginger, garlic & coriander pan fried with soy sauce & vinegar topped with shredded cucumber, mint & basil on a chilli flake roll

Hot Beef and Horseradish Bap
Battened out sirloin of beef with horseradish cream.

Sweet Potato, Butter Bean & Feta Burger
Flavoured with sage and fried in breadcrumbs topped with a sun blushed tomato pesto and toasted pine kernels
