Manufacturer of organic cow and sheep milk cheeses produced from local milk in the Trough of Bowland. Treated gently to produce a cheese of character and quality. Five different types plus many additive cheeses sold on site and at local shops. They also have a viewing area so that you may watch it being made.

Available direct from the farm, at farmers' markets and from good cheese shops and delis throughout the region.
