AA inspectors annually award Rosettes to restaurants for the quality of their food. Most Star-rated hotels have their own restaurants and we also inspect these.
Michelin stars are probably their most recognised awards however, Michelin also award establishments their Bib Gourmands award. Michelin Stars and Bib Gourmands are awarded annually for the fine quality of the cooking based on an inspector visit.
Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board has teamed up with Made In Lancashire and Quality in Tourism to produce a new quality award scheme for eating establishments.
