A Taste of Lancashire at the Blackburn Market

Philippa James, Short-listed for the Food NorthWest ’08 awards will have 3 cooking demos in the market on both days, the times are as follows:
11.30am, 1.00pm, 2.30pm.

This will consist of 1 Vegitarian meal 1 Fish meal & 1 Chicken meal.

As part of the Celebrate Blackburn festival, a two day healthy local produce food event has been organised to introduce you to the best of Lancashire’s finest. Why not take the opportunity to meet local traders and discover why Lancashire has such a great reputation for quality food. You will also get the chance to meet local celebrity chef Philippa James who will be demonstrating a range of healthy recipes.
