At The Dining Room we would like to give you an experience you won’t forget. The staff are all handpicked with experience from all around the country and are dedicated to giving you, the customer, the highest standard of modern British cooking and superior quality of service within informal surroundings and a laissez-faire ambience. Whether it be a Saturday or a Wednesday the table is yours for the evening providing you with a comfortable and relaxing experience.Head Chef Andrew Robinshaw has worked in France for two years running a team of French chefs in a Michelin starred chateau and also as a senior chef at Gordon Ramsay’s “Petrus” restaurant, from there he realised he had to put my name on the map, so he returned to Lancashire with the desire to establish a team which would be able to present to the region a dining experience that exceeds all expectations…
