This modern cottage forms one of two placed back to back, tucked away in a quiet area near to Lytham centre on the Fylde Coast. It is 1 mile from Lytham's famous green and windmill and minutes from the town centre with shops, pubs and restaurants.

There are four championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive including the famous Royal Lytham & St nnes. There is a wide variety of things to do and see, boating on Fairhaven Lake, where there is an RSPB Discovery Centre, with bowls and tennis.

The town plays host to many events from dragon boat festivals to musical shows at Lowther Pavilion . Blackpool with all its attractions, 5 miles.
