Only 3 miles from M6 junction 31, Oaklands is located 50 yds down a small country lane and has ample private parking within its own grounds.
Good quality home cooked food available Monday - Thursday but we also have an abundance of excellent restaurants nearby.
Our guest rooms area spaciously furnished to a very high standard and include an en-suite bath and shower.
Whilst each of our rooms retain all of their character and charm we hope you'll enjoy the modern touches as well.
Wifi access is available free of charge and all our rooms come equipped with televisions and DVD / CD players (with a small selection of movies located in our library).
Even with all of these considerations we want our guests to feel free to ask if we can provide you with anything else to make your visit even more enjoyable.

Road Directions

From M6 jct 31 and follow A59 (dual carriageway) and signs for Clitheroe/Blackburn.
At traffic lights (near Swallow Hotel) carry straight on and follow A677 signposted Blackburn.
1/2 mile past Samlesbury Old Hall turn right into 'Park Lane' (opposite Shell service station). We are 50 yds down Park Lane on left.
