From M55 Jct 4, continue along Preston New Road to the end of the dual carriageway, go straight across at the traffic lights onto Park Road. Carry on until you see All Saints Church on your right. Turn left at 2nd set of lights into Reads Avenue. The Waverley is the 1st on the right
