Hex in the Harvest

Hawkshaw Farm, home of famed Lancashire ice-cream company ‘Mrs Dowson’s’, has partnered with AtmosFEAR! www.atmosfearuk.com – the UK leaders in theatrical fear and scary entertainment, to create the UK’s first outdoor Hallowe'en scare attraction.

The attraction will be a live action night time interactive experience set inside six acres of maize cornfields. Visitors will navigate their way along 750 meters of pitch black pathways in groups of ten, armed only with a handheld torch…

For the last two months AtmosFEAR! imagineers have been developing storylines, characters and concepts to bring the corn maze vividly to life. Special effects from the USA are being imported to ensure the attraction has ‘the scare factor’ which has been named ‘HEX in the Harvest’. During the show visitors will endure a terrifying journey into the heart of the maze where they will encounter the revenants of a long forgotten carnival which disappeared into the creepy corn over a century ago…
