Chris Rigby head chef at Don Antonio, Blackpool

Don Antonio, Chris RigbyChris attended Blackpool and The Fylde College, catering department, and graduated in 1989, he developed his love of food and cooking from his Grandmother.

After graduation he initially worked in hotels and an a la carte restaurants before taking over as Head Chef at Don Antonio 15 years ago, his speciality is Mediterranean cuisine and he likes to experiment with different tastes and testures to train his pallet.

Don Antonio was featured as Restaurant of the Month in Lancashire Magazine and was highly praised in Blackpool Gazette in their 'Eating Out' page by their mystery diner.
