Terms and Conditions for Turton Tower Competition

1. Entry to the competition is open to UK and overseas residents over 18 years old before the closing date.

2. The closing date for entries is 12 noon on 15th August 2008.

3. No purchase is required.

4. Those employed by Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board, tourism representatives in Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, respective advertising/promotional agencies and partners involved in the campaign are not eligible to enter this competition.

5. Only one competition entry per person will be accepted.

6. The draw will take place within a week of the closing date, with the winner being selected at random and notified directly by e-mail or telephone by a member of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.

7. The prize includes two tickets to Lancashire Cheese and Wine Evening and Tour of Turton Tower on Wednesday 27th August.

8. No cash alternative will be offered.

9. Winners must be able to participate in any public relations activity as organised by Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board and its partners.

10. Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board takes no responsibility for incomplete entries.

11. Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board reserves the right to amend the rules of the prize draw or cancel it at any time without prior notice.

12. This prize is offered by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, using Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board as a vehicle for promotion. Arrangements and responsibility for the prize are with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.
