The Carmen Rose, which has recently gained the Taste Lancashire Highest Quality Award is running a special menu for Producers' Month.
This traditional English tea shop set in an old ivy covered barn in the historic village of Ribchester is offering "Tastes of Autumn" from 7th to 31st October.
Below is a taster of their delicious menu:
Lancashire broth using the best in local produce
Leagram's Lancashire Blue Cheese pasta topped with asparagus spears
Minced Lancashire lamb and baby leaks on crusty bread
Ribchester's own Old Spot Sausage and dry cured bacon in a potato bake with an organic Lancashire cheese crust
Carmen Rose apple crumble... made with apples fresh from their garden.
And a taste of the prices:
Broth is £3.50 including a choice of bread
Main courses are £5.95
Desserts are £2.30 with a choice of cream or Mrs Dowsons ice cream.
