Wyre is a paradise for all cheese lovers. Dew-Lay at Garstang is second - generation family cheese-maker responsible for Garstang Blue, a Jamie Oliver favourite and the only blue Lancashire Cheese.

Fantastic fresh fish is served by award-winning fish and chip restaurants or pick your own 'catch of the day', fresh from the boat in one of Fleetwood's fresh fish shops.

Sample some of the fine local produce on offer at our weekly markets. Look out for unusual 'pasture to plate' activities or enjoy tea and cakes after a healthy walk in local woodland on one of our guided 'Bluebell Tea Walks'.
