Food and Drink > Tasty Events > Lancashire Hot Shots
2008 sees the third year of Lancashire Hot shots being run across the county and venues are already being lined up to take part.

Aimed at raising the profile of young chefs currently working in the industry the format for the evening remains the same with youngster taking over the running of their restaurant for a night - whilst the Head Chef sits back and watched their protégé!
The chefs will devise their own three course menu for a selling price of £15 per person, featuring locally produced foods. With the assistance of the kitchen brigade the chef will then lead the kitchen in the production and service of his menu.
A fabulous one night only event, tailored to the individual style of the restaurant - all of whom have undertaken accreditation (check out the Where to Eat and Drink pages for more venue information).
In order to experience the talent and imagination of a young chef near to you on a Lancashire Hot Shots evening why not sign up to receiving our e-newsletter and select food and drink as an interest and we will let you know when new events are announced.
