Lancashire Hot Shots 2007

Grant BeechDuring 2007 restaurants throughout Lancashire, for the second year, handed the running of their restaurant for a night to one of their younger chefs - leaving the Head Chefs to sit back and watch one of their proteges run their kitchen!

Simon TyrerThe young chefs had to devise their own 3 course menu for a selling price of £15 per person. The menus featured where possible, locally produced foods. With the assistance of the kitchen brigade the chef then led the kitchen in the production and service of his menu. This was a one off, one night only event tailored to the individual style of the restaurant.
