Taste Lancashire Food and Drink Festival - 5th - 6th April

Get ready for a culinary extravaganza this April as the ever popular Lancashire Food Festival takes place- now in its 11th year!

Special Guests Announced!

This year's Lancashire Food and Drink Festival in Accrington features special guests Simon King and David Myers aka The Hairy Bikers (on Saturday 5 April only).

The 11th Lancashire Food Festival

Lancashire has a huge selection of traditional food favourites ranging from black pudding to the famous Lancashire Hot-pot.
Come along and sample some local delights as well as discovering some international treats!

- Food Hall & Marquee - wonderful array of food to sample and buy

- Cookery demonstrations

- Street Entertainment, Music and dancing

- Festival Tea Room

- Stockley's Sweets Tour-watch sweets being
made the old fashioned way (Oswaldtwistle Mills)

- Haworth Art Gallery

The Festival features a whole host of food to sample and buy in the Festival Hall and marquee, including traditional Lancashire foodstuffs alongside more exotic and international treats.

You'll be able to pick up a few tips at the demonstrations in the cookery theatre. There'll be street music and dancing and a festival café for when you need a well-earned rest.

Two of the area's main tourist attractions, Haworth Art Gallery and Oswaldtwistle Mills have also embraced the Food Festival and will be offering something special for the two days of the festival.

So come along, have a great day out,nibble new taste sensations and enjoy a warm Lancashire welcome.
