But when an obsession actually enriches the lives of hundreds of people it's a rare event. Or at least...it's a once a year event.

The 8th Annual Festival of Fine Food & Wine 21st-27th January

It's another coming together of prolific talents, mesmeric skills and outrageous egos. Another amazing indication that this has become the country's foremost event as seven of the finest chefs in Europe combine and collide to create dishes that redefine the word 'gourmet'.

The growing list of luminaries who have now graced this event reads like a 'Who's Who' of the innovative, the imaginative, the inspired...and the downright brilliant!

But while they may all be serious about their art, this is an occasion for laughter and lasting memories. A celebration of all things delicious.
