Staining Lodge Golf Course

Designed by Golf Course architect David Griffiths, this full length 9 hole course is set in approximately 80 acres of Fylde countryside and with a par 36.

The course was designed and is maintained to appeal to a wide range of abilities. Fairways are generous at the average golfers driving distance and become narrower for longer hitters with well maintained semi-rough. Greens are sand-based and irrigated to facilitate play for as much of the year as possible.

The course has five ponds two of which are new, three wildlife conservation areas comprising of eight acres. 5,000 trees have been planted to create definition between fairways and improve the landscape of the course.

Practice Ground
The course also includes a 300 yard practice ground for those who want to practice their swing.

The Clubhouse

Staining Lodge clubhouse is an elegant and modern space with a bar and restaurant serving a variety of beverages and hot and cold food using fresh local produce. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be available. The clubhouse is perfect for those wanting either a quick snack, a three course meal or a refreshing drink and the patio offers a beautiful view of the course.

The course will have two golf carts and there will be the chance to hire clubs and trolleys from the pro shop which will have all a golfer needs to play.

Functions

The clubhouse is a stylish and welcoming place to have a drink or food with a great aspect over the golf course and is an ideal setting for a wedding reception, family celebration or any other event which requires a pleasant environment. Cost of a round: Green fees on weekdays and weekends will be £9.50 for 9 holes, Juniors and O.A.P.’s will be £ 8.50.
