Blackburn Museum & Art Gallery is excited to be holding its second Art Open.
In January an open call went out to all artists, amateur and professional, to get ready to submit their work for what promises to be an exciting and diverse art show.
Artist and last year’s open winner, Richard Cross, will be on this year’s judging panel, as well as the team at Festival of Making, and the museum's Anthea Purkis.
