Lancashire Day 2020 prizes, eligibility and conditions
Eligibility for inclusion in the Grand Prize Draw and Lancashire Day Spot Prizes: participants must have submitted a short video or photo with Lancashire Day message #LancashireDay.
The Grand Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Marketing Lancashire, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. All participants will be included in Grand Prize Draw and the winner will be selected at random and informed in December.
All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable, have no cash alternative and travel to attractions or accommodation is not included.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it.
Copyright in all images submitted remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the prize draw, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Marketing Lancashire to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material.
The winners may be required to take part in publicity.
The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
Other terms and conditions may apply to individual prizes.
Marketing Lancashire is not responsible for the fulfilment of prizes offered by partners and any query regarding the prize, once allocated, must be directed to the delivery partner.
Marketing Lancashire reserves the right to exclude any submissions from the Grand Prize Draw, that are considered offensive or not in the spirit of #LancashireDay.
The Grand Prize Draw - one person will win all of the following:
A gourmet overnight stay at the Winckley Square Hotel in Preston, dining at 263 where Oli Martin, Chef Director and a Masterchef winner presides over the kitchen; a year’s supply of Dewlay Lancashire Cheese; a year’s supply of Lancashire Tea; a hamper from TOTI at The Cartford Inn and a year’s subscription to Lancashire Life Magazine.
Overnight stay at Winckley Square hotel is for two people sharing one room. Dates subject to availability. Meal at 263 is for two people and for food only. Drinks must be paid for seperately. Dewlay Cheese and Lancashire Tea's year supply is based on induustry average consumption.
