The kitchen garden uses composted kitchen waste to ensure a full cycle of organic growing and the restaurant car park was one of the first in Lancashire to feature electric vehicle charging points. In 2024 the restaurant is adding a further 7 rooms to its accommodation offering which are in the form of “garden rooms” within the woodland area of the site, all made using sustainable building materials.
