Head into the Macclesfield Forest and take a gin tour to learn about the remarkable rise, fall, and rise again of this popular spirit. Then sample the gins produced on site as you listen to the history of the distillery and how the team creates their award winning gin. The experience includes an introduction to the botanicals and the process used to distil.

Holmes Mill/Bowland Brewery, Lancashire
Head up to Clitheroe where you’ll find this stunning mill conversion offering a unique celebration of Lancashire food, drink and entertainment including brewery tours, bistro, food hall and events. The beer hall is home to one of the longest continuous bars in the UK – just over 105 feet and offers 42 hand pulls and a minimum of 24 individual cask beers at any one time. Enjoy a tour of the brewery and lift the lid on some of the secrets of a great craft beer.
