Leave the M55 at junction 3 sign posted Fleetwood. Follow the A585 (Fleetwood) for approximately 8 miles until reaching the third roundabout (landmark - Morrison’s supermarket). Marsh mill is signposted from here, turn right onto Victoria Road East and the entrance to the complex is approximately ½ a mile on the left (the next turn after Thornton Cleveleys leisure centre). There is plenty of free car parking at marsh mill village. Twelve is located in the shadow of the windmill – just follow the sails
