Twelve Restaurant and Lounge Bar

Chic and contemporary with a modern British menu, Twelve Restaurant is located on the Fylde Coast in Lancashire beneath the sails of one of the tallest working windmills in Europe, the beautifully restored 18th century Marsh Mill at Thornton Cleveleys. 

Jointly owned by husband and wife team, Paul Moss and Caroline Upton, Twelve combine culinary creativity with warm hospitality and stylish dining, earning it a fabulous reputation among foodies in Lancashire and the North West. Signature dishes include: Twelve’s Banana Butty - a take on an old classic from Paul’s (proprietor) childhood. 

The restaurant’s close associations with local and specialist suppliers who share their passion and commitment, provides the perfect platform for the award-winning chefs to create inspiring menus that change daily. Their bold and innovative cooking using the best seasonal produce has brought it critical acclaim and numerous national awards. Leading to the development of their successful outside catering company ‘Twelve Event Management’. 

Paul and Caroline organise lots of foodie events including cookery demonstrations, seasonal workshops and excursions as well as working with local school children to promote healthy eating and cooking.

Twelve Restaurant & Lounge Bar is the only restaurant in Lancashire to hold Michelin Bib Gourmand status and currently has two AA rosettes.
