Located in the rural village of Samlesbury on a 35-acre smallholding, Aspden Fold Farm provides quality accommodation suitable for short and longer stays surrounded by the peace and calm of a rural setting, close to Samlesbury Hall. Welcoming couples, families and individual leisure guests, the aim is to make your stay as unique and enjoyable as possible. Ideally located for walking and cycling across the beautiful Ribble Valley, it is also an easy drive away to the Lake District and the sandy dunes of the north west coast.
With private parking and its own secure entrance, the accommodation is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, including the amenities you might expect from a hotel room but with all the personal touches of a family-run business.
Enjoy your own private garden with a fully-furnished seating, dining area and hot tub during your stay at Alpaca Fold. With views overlooking the paddock and pretty garden, you can spend time relaxing whether that be to simply listen to the birdsong or enjoy time out with a cold glass of fizz. There is also an option to fire up a BBQ and sample some of the wonderful artisan food produced on the doorstep or, if you fancy a night off, delicious platters of antipasti, cheese and breads can be provided as an additional extra.
Four new alpacas roam the farm fields freely, often greeting visitors. They are fun and have lots of character. They have provided visitors with endless entrainment value since their introduction. As part of your stay at Aspden Fold Farm, visitors can take a free walk and talk where you can personally meet Portia, Oscar, Georgia and Gandolf.
