Only 3 miles from the M55, 3 miles from 'leafy Lytham' a delightful seaside town, renowned for its friendly shops and beautiful seafront. Two miles from the market town of Kirkham and 4 miles from Victorian St Annes, famous for its championsip golf course, and only 6 miles from bustling Blackpool, bringing bright lights, fun and excitement to the doorstep.
Set in 12 acres of countryside Donkey Creek offer touring and motor home facilities. The site comprises of 37 spacious level, marked super pitches with hard standings, electrical hook ups, water, TV and grey waste points.
There is ample room to site your awning and park your car in quiet and idilic surroundings. A brand new toilet block offers top quality amenities, underfloor heating, hot showers, dedicated family room, disabled facilities, laundry, veg prep area all with level access for your convenience.
A reception is located within the same amenities building and has level access to the small onsite shop, selling essential items for your convenience including perishable goods and a small selection of caravan and camping equipment. The aim is to provide locally sourced products where possible.
Situated in the amenity building is an information point providing you with plenty of ideas for places to visit in the local area. Here you will find a comfy chair, book exchange and tea and coffee making facilities.
Wireless internet is available so you can check emails and browse the internet from the luxury of your tourer and is included in the price of the pitch fee. They offer two elsan points, waste disposal and recycling bins easily accessed for your convenience. The automatic entry system provides security and peace of mind leaving you to relax and enjoy your holiday.
The park is surrounded by mixed hedging that provides a haven for an abundance of wildlife including barn owls, wood peckers, jays and many more birds and mammals. Ducks, water hens, fish, and small reptiles are encouraged around the wildlife pond. The site is hoping to welcome a couple of alpacas in the future.
Views from the park can be stunning. As the area is flat, sunrise and sunset can be fantastic. Donkey Creek is the prefect hideaway, with views over the Bleasdale fells and Pennines, it’s a great base for walking and cycling. The Lancashire coastal path boarders the park, providing a scenic route to Lytham. Situated close to an infrequently used runway, giving your own private air displays at times.
The Fylde coast boasts many pretty villages and market towns with traditional pubs and restaurants. There is also a wide variety of sporting facilities, cinema, theatre and museums nearby and the cities of Preston and Lancaster are within easy reach. The Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are also just an hour away.
Donkey Creek's aim is to provide that bit of extra comfort and feel of the countryside whilst providing all the facilities for a stress free stay.

M55 Jn 3: Take the A585 to Wesham and Kirkham Turn left onto A583 towards Preston at the roundabout At the 1st set of traffic lights turn right in the direction of Freckleton Continue along Kirkham Road. At the traffic lights turn left and continue round the roundabout taking the 2nd exit into Freckleton At the traffic lights, turn left through the village At the small rounabout, turn right onto Naze Lane East Donkey Creek Farm is well sign posted and situated on the left hand side
The local bus stop can be found on Lytham Road in the centre of the village, opposite The Plough. Buses for Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, Preston and Kirkham stop here. Nearest railway station is in Lytham, with trains going to Blackpool and Preston. An alternative station is Wesham.
