Garlands Holiday Apartments

Garlands Holiday Apartments are conveniently situated in an ideal position on Cleveleys south promenade, overlooking the sea and conveniently placed for beach, shops and all amenities. Easy access to Blackpool and Fleetwood by bus or tram. Ideally situated for daily excursions to the Lake District and Fylde countryside.

Each apartment is self contained and fully furnished with fitted carpets throughout. Large smart television with Netflix, electric cooker, fridge and microwave. All bedding including sheets, pillow cases and duvet are provided. The Garlands has no meters and everyone knows the cost of the holiday before arrival and the comfort of having a warm cosy apartment will ensure that everyone has a much more enjoyable stay at the Garlands.

Apartment 1 - Large self contained centrally heated ground floor apartment facing the sea.  Large, light and airy, open plan lounge/dining area, fitted kitchen with dishwasher. comfortable three seater sofa and armchairs, 49" smart television with Netflix. The bedroom has two, three foot single divan beds, built in wardrobe, dresser and additional 19" flat screen TV.  Separate shower room with heated radiator and shaver. No meter.  For visitors who want a seperate bedroom one of the three foot single divan beds can be put in the lounge in such a way that it will not spoil the aesthetic look of the room but will allow privacy and comfort for both persons.

Apartment 2 - Large self contained ground floor centrally heated studio apartment with two three foot single divan beds, wardrobe and dresser, fitted kitchen with two comfortable reclining armchairs, 49”  smart television with Netflix. Separate shower room and en-suite toilet.

Apartment 3 - Large self contained first floor centrally heated studio apartment with two three foot single divan beds, wardrobe and dresser, fitted kitchen two comfortable reclining armchairs, fitted kitchen, 49”  smart television with Netflix. Seperate shower room and en-suite toilet.

Apartment 4 - This is a large self contained apartment on the first floor with magnificent view overlooking the sea.  Centrally heated, light and airy, with open plan kitchen/lounge with three piece suite, large smart television with Netflix and king size divan bed.  Separate bedroom has two single divan beds, built in wardrobe, dresser and additional flat screen 19" TV.  Separate shower room with heated radiator and shaver point.

Apartment 5 - Penthouse apartment on second floor, with a great view overlooking the sea. This apartment is large, self contained, centrally heated, light and airy.  It has an open L shaped plan, kitchen/lounge with king size divan bed.  Luxurious reclining leather sofa and armchair also one leather swivel chair. 49” smart television with Netflix. Separate bedroom has two three foot single divan beds and built in wardrobe. 19" flat screen TV.  Separate shower room with radiator and shaver point.

Apartment 6 - This large self contained two bedroom centrally heated ground floor apartment has its own private entrance and yard area, bedroom one has a king size divan bed with wardrobe and dresser plus 19" flat screen TV.  The second bedroom has two single divan beds with wardrobe and dresser.  Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer machine, full size fridge/freezer all integrated with dining facilities.  Large comfortable lounge with two seater leather sofas and one armchair, 49" smart Television with Netflix. Separate shower room with radiator and shaver point. No meter.
