Harwes Farm Cottage sits within a network of public footpaths and bridleways in picturesque upland moorland, boasting panoramic views along with the peace and quiet found in a remote rural location. Guests have access to exploring the private 36 acre woodland on site.
Harwes Farm strives to be off grid: environmentally green and luxuriously cosy with wind turbine electricity, biomass central heating, spring water and septic tank systems, and an electric vehicle charging point; but they still have broadband and Sky TV for evenings in; and dining out locally there is excellent.
The cottage is annexed to the barn and was renovated in 2015/2016, it is a 1 bed ground floor cottage sleeping up to 5 guests and comprises of double size master bedroom (sleeps x3); living room incorporating dining space, with a sprung sofa bed in sitting area (sleeps x2); fully equipped kitchen and a bath/shower room. Outside there is a garden for guests with outdoor furniture. Linen, complimentary tea, coffee, milk and toiletries are all included and washing facilities are available on request.
House-trained pets also welcome on request.
Access is 10 minutes from the centre of Colne and 20 minutes from Skipton, with Yorkshire Dales, Pendle Witch country and Bronte country within easy reach. There is private off road parking available.

Follow sign for Lothersdale which will bring you out into the countryside. Look for the sign for Jerusalem Farm, then turn left. At the first farm house, open and close the gate, and drive on past it, until you reach the second farmhouse, which is Harwes Farm.
