Built in 2021, they offer modern and spacious accommodation, ideal for couples, friends and families. With accessibility in mind, these two properties are great for disabled guests wanting to enjoy a stress-free break.
Each bungalow sleeps six in three bedrooms with wet rooms, open plan lounge and dining kitchen with all mod cons. The properties boast a host of modern gadgets, including voice activated blinds, Alexa and Smart TVs in the bedrooms and lounge, very fast 5G WiFi, pop up electric socket with USB, plug and wireless charging, robotic hoover and underfloor heating. The fully fitted kitchen offers a home from home environment with washer/drier, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, single oven, microwave and induction hob.
The properties were purpose built for accessibility and offer ramp access, wide doors and one level throughout. They were designed to maximise space so that wheelchair users can freely move around. Specialist mobility equipment is also available, such as profiling beds, mobile hoists, sit to stand hoists, rise and recline chairs, toilet frames, various shower chairs and sensory equipment. Whether you need a little or a lot, you can prebook the equipment you need.
The large enclosed decking area offers stunning views of the River Wyre and surrounding countryside. Why not enjoy a drink or something to eat whilst taking in the fresh air, tranquil location and amazing views. Keep a lookout for the brown hares, kestrels, buzzards, swans, geese and other wildlife. Located just one mile from the village of Hambleton, you will find that you are close to local shops and pubs. Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde are only a short drive away, where you will find lots of interesting and exciting things to do. There is never a shortage of options.

From the north: Exit the M6 at junction 33, turning left onto the A6. Take the right onto Cockerham Road, right onto Main Street, left onto Marsh Lane A588. Continue on the A588, travelling through the village of Stalmine. Turn right onto Staynall Lane. At the cross road before the hill, turn left onto Brickhouse Lane (signposted Wardleys Creek), first right onto New Road and at the junction you will find the chalets just to the left.
The nearest bus stop is in Hambleton Village. Turn right out of the chalets, heading down Wardleys Lane. Continue to follow the road around Wardleys Creek onto Kiln Lane. Kiln Lane will lead you to The Shovels Inn where you will see the 5C bus stop, on the opposite side of the road. The nearest railway station is Poulton. Turn right out of the chalets heading south on Wardleys Lane. Follow the road around Wardleys Creek onto Kiln lane. At the junction with the main road, turn right onto the A588. Follow this road out of Hambleton and over Shard Bridge. At the traffic lights turn right onto Mains Lane. Continue on Mains Lane until you see The River Wyre Hotel on your left. Take the left turning here onto Breck Road. Continue up Breck Road through the traffic lights. The railway station is further up on the left hand side in the centre of Poulton.
