Blackburn Sport and Leisure Centre is located in the town centre of Blackburn, next to Blackburn College.The college car parks will be available for free parking in the mornings until 8am and after 16:30 in the afternoons. They will also be available at weekends and during school holidays.Feilden Street multi-storey car park is open Monday to Saturday 07:00 – 23:00. Parking fees as follows:Up to 1 hour £1.00Up to 2 hours £1.50Up to 4 hours £2.50Up to 8 hours £3.70Over 8 hours £6.00For gym members: Feilden Street Car Park can be used for up to 3 hours at a cost of just 50p.All council car parks within the town centre are free after 15:00, Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
