Peter’s favourite cycle route follows part of National Road Race Championship Circuit 2010 and although only 10 miles in length is fairly challenging. Peter runs local florists Going Dutch and worked in Amsterdam in the floristry business. He also encourages young people into cycling through his work with Cycle Sport Pendle. He says "Pendle is a lot more challenging and varied than Holland for cycling". The route goes through some stunning scenery and passes a statue to one of the most famous of the Pendle Witches, Alice Nutter, in the village of Roughlee.
