893 reviewsAn immersive experience for individuals or small groups to make fresh Italian pastas, breads or risotto in a state-of-the-art restaurant kitchen. A multi-award-winning restaurant, La Locanda work with only the best quality, local ingredients as well as native Italian produce to create authentic seasonal dishes that taste as good as they sound.
A private lesson includes:
Two-hour cookery lesson, where you can choose to make pasta, bread, or risotto.
All ingredients, and a Locanda apron and recipe cards to take home.
Tips and tricks on the art of Italian cooking.
A light lunch with a glass of wine or a soft drink.
Your Italian cookery experience must be pre booked.
Choose to create and cook:
A variety of fresh pasta (e.g. filled ravioli, gnocchetti, tagliatelle.
A variety of Italian breads (including focaccia).
Risotto alla milanese with Tuscan sausage or with seafood.
Special (seasonal) requests will also be considered. Costs will vary.
