Preston Market Hall
The new Market Hall opened in February 2018. The glass and timber clad steel structure of the new market hall provides a modern and contemporary shopping experience for customers.
Within the Market Hall there is an abundance of fresh and local quality meat, fish, vegetables and dairy products. You will also find a treasure trove of goods from jewellery, hair and make-up to mobile phones, accessories and repairs.
Spending the day in Preston or heading to a show, there are cafes and hot food options to eat in or take away. Plus a real ale and cocktail bar, which is open late to start your evening right.
So, if you're after fresh food and local produce with the warmest of welcomes guaranteed, then Preston Markets is the place to visit.
Box Market
The innovative Box Market is located under the Fish Market canopy. Taking inspiration from markets in London, the unique shops are located within refurbished shipping containers. Here you can find real ales, pet supplies, vintage accesories and watch repairs.
Coming soon to the Box Market will also be a specialist coffee shop.
Outdoor Market and Second Hand Market
The Grade II listed Victorian canopies host an outdoor market four times a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The car boot and flea market is open for bargain hunters twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
