There’s plenty to do at Leighton Moss - explore nature trails, take a stroll around our sensory garden, treat yourself in our gift shop and enjoy a home-made meal in our award-winning café. We pride ourselves on sourcing high quality, fresh, local produce.
There’s also a ‘fledgling’ menu for the kids. With 100% of the profits helping to give nature a home, it’s the perfect excuse to enjoy a delicious cake with a pot of refreshing Fairtrade tea or coffee. Also, you can get 10% discount in the café if you travel to the nature reserve by public transport or by bike.
Children can have great fun discovering nature by taking part in seasonal activity quizzes or turning detective with our Wildlife Explorer Backpacks, available all year round. During school holidays, a range of special family events are held for all ages.
Set within the Arnside and Silverdale National Landscape, Leighton Moss is a fantastic place to get up close to nature and admire stunning scenery at any time of year.
All terrain, off road mobility scooter is available free to hire at Leighton Moss.
