Love & Llamas Valentines Indulgence

All you need in life is love and llamas.  Join The Wellbeing Farm for an Indulgent evening of love at the home of the bow-tie wearing llama.  Treat your loved one to a valentines night out with a difference in the romantic barn, adorned with 4,000 fairy lights (how much more romantic can it get?).

Enjoy a specially designed five-course indulgent menu, whilst being serenaded by a live acoustic musician.  Complete your evening with a nightcap at the bar.  Drinks will be served until 23:00.

 

Valentines Menu

Sharing platter for each couple:
Mixed warm breads, olives, sun blushed tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and oils.

Starters
Smoked salmon and asparagus tart lemon and micro salad.
Herb crusted Lancashire field mushroom Blacksticks Blue cheese and toasted walnuts.
Classic minestrone soup farmhouse bread.
Pan seared wood pigeon breast rosti potato and blackberry jus.

Sorbet
Pink grapefruit and prosecco

Mains
Ribeye steak, triple cooked chips, roasted flat mushrooms and cherry vine tomatoes, peppercorn sauce.
Thai style seabass chilli and coconut broth, jasmine rice and micro coriander.
Spiced roast cauliflower herby rice.
Butternut squash and sage risotto, finished with crispy sage and white truffle oil.

To finish
Fresh fruit love heart pavlova.
Fruit coulis
Chantilly filled choux buns, chocolate and Cointreau sauce.
Chocolate and cherry tart.
