Join Showtown for a talk by Justin Burns as he explores more about seaside poster design and how significant it has been in evolving the English seaside resort.
Justin will explore the value of the poster from the early 1900s onwards, in identifying and promoting the seaside. He will also look at the impact of UK and international design on the promotion of trips to the coast.
Join us on Tuesday 13 June down at Liberty's Hotel in Blackpool. Doors open at 1.30pm. Talk: 2pm - 3pm.
No need to book – just come along.
