The eclectic Chew’s Yard is conveniently located in Preston city centre, close to the University quarter and just a ten-minute walk from Preston railway and bus station.
Named after an alleyway linking Friargate to Market Street West, Chew’s Yard is made up of three areas. A bright and airy hall, hosting five independent food and drinks traders, an events space for live music, DJs and a range of cultural activities and a beautiful hidden garden.
Visit and enjoy food and drink from Chamo. Serving a flavour-packed menu, local five-star favourite Chamo serves a simple menu of South American inspired street food favourites including sharing platters, chicken tenders and loaded tater tots.
Escapade. The north west’s premium events bar operator offers artisanal cocktails, curated wines and spirits from three bars in the venue. Escapade has teamed up with Thornbridge, serving their best-selling brews on draught.
Saucier Pasta Co. Elevating pasta dishes with his delicious recipes and locally sourced ingredients, Kieren from Saucier delights customers with a rotational menu featuring lots of different colours, shapes and flavours.
Seitanic. Discover Jordan from Seitanic’s exciting, plant-based street food featuring mouthwatering plant-based shawarma/doner style kebabs and loaded skin-on potato fries with all the fixings. Don’t miss Jordan’s Lebanese flatbread with hummus and pink pickles.
Trough. Working with incredible northern producers and suppliers, Richard and Rachel from the award-winning Goosnargh Gin, showcase these wonderful artisans through Trough’s food and drinks menu at Chew’s Yard. Choose from the irresistible sharing platters, popular baked Camembert or go for a warming, Great North Pie Co. pie.
