Tucked away in a cosy corner of Chorley town centre is the family owned, independent Massa’s Dessert–Café–Bar. A favourite with town centre shoppers, Massa’s is an oasis of charm and history.
The food, dessert and vegan menus offer a wonderful choice of creative and dramatic salads, nachos, bagels, savoury crepes, loaded fries along with pizzas and ciabatta’s all made fresh to order.
Massa’s is the original family home of Frederick’s Ice Cream Chorley when the Massa family settled in Chorley in the 1890s. Serving 18 delicious scooped flavours of their own ice cream a wide range of build your own desserts are on offer including sundaes, waffles churros and freshly prepared sweet and savoury crepes or why not try one of the fresh cakes and cookies on offer every day supplied by Cakes by Hannah and CRUMB.
Massa’s is fully licensed and offers a range of beers, wines, Prosecco and spirits. Available for small group bookings.
The café-bar on Cunliffe Street just off the centre of Chorley with ample street parking. They cater for business lunches either at customers’ offices or they provide the space for small business lunches and meetings in the café. Open 7 days.
As the oldest ice cream parlour and café in Chorley, Massa’s proudly supports many local small business events such as Totally Locally, Chorley Food Festival and Chorley Live.
