Seasons Restaurant at Stirk House Hotel.

Seasons Restaurant at Stirk House welcomes both residents and non-residents to enjoy an exquisite dining experience with a wonderful selection of menus from breakfast, to afternoon tea to evening à la carte.  Each dish has been created using fresh, seasonal ingredients produced by the finest artisan suppliers in the area or foraged from the 22-acres of grounds at Stirk House.

The food is earthy, honest and completely representative of the landscape the hotel is located within.  Fantastic local suppliers are used and the chef team's are dedicated to creating superb food.  If you were to take a bite out of Lancashire, this is how it would taste.  Dietary requirements are catered for and the menus feature an array of tasty vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.  A children’s menu is also available.

Stirk House enjoy long-standing relationships with some of the region’s best suppliers of fresh fruit and vegetables, prime cuts of meat and other local specialities.  Local knowledge and experience help source the best in both quality and value, right on the doorstep, to create food the guests love, all year round.  Ask the team about hosting a special candlelit meal for a birthday, anniversary or pre-wedding celebration with your friends and family.

The restaurant features a number of private dining booths and a separate space called The Orchid, a popular choice for private parties and celebratory dinners.  Tastefully tucked away from the main restaurant, this impressive space allows for a little more exclusivity and privacy for your party, whilst still being able to enjoy the Seasons atmosphere.
