Simply leave the M65 at Junction 10 westbound and take the third exit at the roundabout onto Pendle Way. East bound leave the M65 at Junction 10 and take the fourth exit at the roundabout and third exit at the next roundabout at Junction 10 onto Pendle Way. Continue down Pendle Way until you arrive at the hotel on your right.
