Kentwood is a tastefully renovated Victorian family home. The property is 100 yards from the Promenade and Estuary in Arnside.
A large lounge is available for guests to sit, relax, read a book, talk to the other guests or just look out at the estuary and enjoy the calm of the birds feeding and playing in the garden. Sit outside on our terraced garden taking in the views of the estuary and the Lakeland fells. Pick up the binoculars to do a bit of bird watching or watch the bore when it comes in.
The sunsets from the bedrooms and lounge/dining room are spectacular. Each bedroom boasts a 32-inch flat screen tv with built in radios, hairdryers and with tea and coffee making facilities, a welcome tray with fresh fruit and bottled Lakeland water. For guest's convenience, USB point to charge your phone or tablet are located in all rooms as well as free internet access. Luxury bath robes and slippers with Cole and Lewis toiletries ensure a relaxing stay. Breakfast is real treat, featuring locally produced apple juice or fresh orange with a large assortment of fresh fruit and cereals and various cooked items that will be locally sourced. You will be set up for the day with a hearty Lakeland breakfast.. Packed lunches are available upon request. There are two pubs in the village offering food and drink, one being only 100 yards from the house.

Arnside railway station is nearby if you are coming by train you can arrange for a pick you up at the station or it’s a ten-minute walk to the guest house.
