Built in 1800, and lovingly restored in 2015, Lancaster Barn provides guests with all the warmth and home comforts of a B&B, but with all the luxury and flair of a hotel. A touch of luxury which feels like a home from home. Nine unique rooms have been made up with comfort in mind, each with its own quirks and modern day elegance. Each room celebrates beautiful materials and bespoke detailing and are fully equipped for the modern-day traveller. Pure linens, crafted art, bespoke oak furniture and eco toiletries; plus super-speedy WIFI throughout.
Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the light and airy Garden Room and take in the views of the grounds. Lancaster Barn pride themselves on serving home-grown and locally sourced produce, serving simple food done well. The food style is driven by home grown clarity of flavour, true to the seasons and influenced by the location, in the heart of Lancashire.
Outdoors, the garden and grounds are the perfect place for summer breakfasts or winding down in the evening over a chilled bottle of wine. New greenhouses, market garden, and soon-to-come herb garden, all playing their part in guests stay.
Choose to either dine out at one of the nearby pub restaurants. or opt for our sharing plate of cheeses and meats from surrounding farms and home-grown salads from the market garden.
