Whalley Abbey

Set amongst beautiful and tranquil grounds, Whalley Abbey offers 17 four star en suite comfortably furnished bedrooms which can accommodate 28 guests in singles, twins and doubles. We also have a family bedroom available. Free wi-fi throughout. Guests will also find tea and coffee making facilities.

We are easily accessible off the A59 which links into the M6 junction 31 and M65, offering a peaceful retreat for those wishing to stay close to Preston, Blackburn and Clitheroe, ideal for business guests visiting the area. We have a wide range of conference facilities available for large and small groups.

The Williams Suite on the ground floor is adapted for disabled use.

The area is ideal for walkers and cyclists and there are many walks in this beautiful part of the Ribble Valley. Members of staff would be pleased to share their local knowledge of walking routes with you.

From the M6, leave at junction 31 and follow the A59 towards Clitheroe. Whalley (12 miles away) is clearly signposted. Alternatively, from M62 and North Manchester take the M66 and then A56 following signs to Accrington, Clitheroe and Whalley.
