Annual Duck Race at WWT Martin Mere

The only race that matters - the annual Bank Holiday rubber duck race. Colour in your rubber duck in the craft room for £3.50 all Easter and enter it into the duck race.

Bring your family along to the hotly-contested duck race.  With a race at 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00 and a £30.00 voucher for the winners up for grabs, who will emerge victorious?

In addition the new Pond Zone will be open from 13.30 to 15:00.  Grab a net and delve into pond dipping.  Everything you need to uncover incredible underwater life.

For those looking for an extra adventure, head over to the canoe safari area where you can hire a canoe or go on a relaxing boat tour.  It's a brilliant way to explore part of the centre that's not accessible on foot.

During your visit to Martin Mere, there's loads of activities for the whole family. Go on a wild walk adventure, build a den, enjoy the outdoor adventure playground, brave the stepping stones and enjoy watching the wildlife from the discovery hide.  A trip to Martin Mere is a great day out for all the family.
