Explore the world of coffee from origins to cup, at Burnley's first and only roasting house.
The team at Little Barista will guide you through the history of coffee and it's complexities, and you might even leave with a new favourite drink.
The evening will include:
• A welcome drink of your choice (but we recommend coffee)
• History of coffee: Presentation on the origins of coffee and how it came to dominate the world.
• Roasting demonstration: watch the experts turn fresh green beans to the perfect roast.
• Cupping: coffee tasting with a competitive edge. Put your taste buds to the taste to identify the complex flavour of each roast.
• Brewing: learn about different brewing methods and how it effects the flavour. From espresso to siphon to aeropress.
In addition to the Coffee Tasting Experience, ticket price include:
• a 200g bag of Little Barista beans or grounds (ground to your preferred grind size)
• Buffet (savoury and sweet, including vegan options)
