This February half term bring your friends and family and see who can make the biggest, craziest splash with our special 'splashometer' at our Puddle Jumping Championships.
At 2pm every day throughout February Half Term, we'll be holding the Puddle Jumping Championships. There will be daily winners so get practicing your perfect splash in our warm up areas and check out the other splash-tastic fun activities we have on offer for a brilliant day out!
You can also get creative in our craft room which will be open daily 12pm-3.30pm. Design your own welly, make a puddle-themed badge or create your own plant pot to grow seeds in!
Get the most out of your wellies and go exploring in our Wild Walk! Venture through three types of 'wild' wetland in one mile-long VIP walk – squelch through the mucky meadow to our middle maze lodge; bounce over the wobbly wet bridge into the wet woods; tip-toe along our reedy ramble towards giant sculptures; and splodge down a maze of secret wetland tracks.
During your visit, you can find out more about our family of Asian short-clawed otters during our daily talks. Check the what's on board when you arrive for a full list of activities available during your visit. Before you head home, be sure to grab a tasty treat from our cafe, serving everything from warming drinks to hot and cold lunches for all ages.
Whatever the weather, come and have a splashing day out at Martin Mere this February half term! Don't forget to share your splashes at #puddlejumping.
