In the morning, there will be an opportunity for just 10 people to join Chef Maurizio and renowned forager, Craig Worral foraging and learning about the beautiful products nature has to offer.
In the evening, the day will end with a delicious six-course menu, cooked and presented by Maurizio and Craig, with each course featuring the wonderful flavours of wild ingredients.
