Join Thornton Hall Country Park this Summer (20th July – 1st September) for indoor and outdoor farm fun, animal encounters, entertainment and special guests for all the family!
Meet the friendly farm animals and join in with seasonal farm activities – daily lamb & calf feeding, visit the chicken houses helping the farmers to collect the eggs and have a cuddle with the rabbits and guinea pigs. As well as farm tours and animal talks.
And NEW for 2019 is the fantastic Jumping Pillow Park!
Thrilling rides (available at a small additional charge) include Pony Rides, Junior Quad Bikes (ages 6+), Caterpillar Ride and Farm Safari.
Extra activities and special guests are included every week-day in your normal admission price:
Mondays (22nd, 29th July + 5th, 12th, 19th August). Professor Pumpernickel with his thrilling, live Science Shows! (11am, 12.30pm & 2pm).
Tuesdays (23rd, 30th July + 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August. Special Guests from Buzz & Woody to Superheroes & Princesses! Visit the website for characters / dates / appearance timings.
Wednesdays (24th, 31st July + 7th, 14th, 21st August). All day Circus Workshops with The Rapide Brothers.
Thursdays (25th July + 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th August). Pony Club with pony grooming, horsemanship and pony rides (small add’l charge).
Fridays (26th July +2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th August). Special guests Critters 2 You will be at the Farm Park all day with their snakes, lizards, spiders, mini beasts and more!
Feel free to bring a picnic to enjoy outside on the spacious Farm Park grounds. Alternatively the onsite café ‘Harrisons’ is open daily serving a selection of quality teas and coffees as well as freshly prepared sandwiches, hot food, cakes and more. Afternoon Tea is also served from 2pm (advance booking is required).
