With costumes on loan from Preston Caribbean Carnival, this exhibition is an explosion of colour and a celebration of the contribution this wonderful vibrant carnival is to the cultural landscape of Preston and Lancashire since 1974.

There is visitor parking at Lancashire Archives, including two spaces for Blue Badge holders. Visitors may prefer to use one of the park and ride services in the city. The park and ride buses stop near Preston railway station, which is a five minute walk from the Lancashire Archives.
